These terms take effect the moment you open your papawin account and confirm acceptance. You cannot access the lobby or make deposits until you've read and agreed to them. Updates to these terms are posted here and take effect 30 days after notice.

Yes, we can update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app message. Your continued use of papawin after an update means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, you can close your account.

Violations can result in account restrictions, bonus forfeiture or permanent suspension. Examples include using multiple accounts, bonus abuse, payment fraud or gameplay manipulation. We'll notify you of any action and give you a chance to respond before enforcement.

Contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We'll investigate and respond within 10 business days. If you used QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay, you can also file a dispute directly with your payment provider.

Our liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the last 12 months. We're not responsible for third-party payment processor failures, internet outages or device issues. These limits are outlined in full in the liability section of these terms.

Yes. You can request account closure anytime through your settings or by contacting support. We'll process your request within 5 business days and return any remaining balance to your payment method within 10 business days.
